大象传媒

I was 4 years and eleven months old when war broke out. I was evacuated with my siblings to Workington in Cumbria and was there till the following spring.I have written at length about my memories of that time as part of my autobiography which I wrote with my ten grandchildren in mind. I have written a shortened version,entitled My War,hopefully to be included in the 大象传媒.initiative.
I started writing as a hobby when my children were teenagers and have published three children's books and some short stories in magazines over the past years.
I have also had some of my poetry published and won a prize with one entitled NANNA and set in wartime.
