My father joined the Air Force at Cardington on Dec 8th 1943. From there he went on to Skegness, Bolton, ST Mawgan and then overseas to Iraq from '46 to'47. The letters that I have just posted on the site are the first few of at least 200 that he wrote home to his parents in Hove. They document everything in great detail. I would like to assertain the level of interest in these letters. Should I continue the mamoth task of typing them up? Is there anyone out there interested in the information in these letters?
