My name is George Shenton I was a fighter pilot on 273 Spitfire Squadron based in Mingaladon, Burma in 1945.
I would like to hear from people who are interested in this period of WW2. I went to train with the South African Airforce in 1943/1944 and was later stationed in the Middle East, India, Burma and Vietnam until the end of 1945.
