This is a wonderful opportunity to place on record the experiences of those who went through WW2, whether in the Forces or at home. We can study the history books which give all the facts and figures relating to the conduct of the war, but what is missing are details of the life of the individual. I am pleased to be able to join those who are contributing to this site, having been born a Londoner and having lived there throughout the bombing.
