I was a 15 year old boy seaman serving on H.M.S anson and spent my first 2 陆 years escorting arctic convoys. Just after D. Day was drafted to M.T.B 447 operating in the English channel engaging E. boats trying to reach our convoys going to the D. Day beachheads, until the war in Europe ended, then spent 2 陆 years in the Mediterranean on destroyers. H.M.S. Lookout and H.M.S. Stevenstone.
