Can Reg Walker who when I {Charlie Peacock} last was in contact with him lived in the Wolverhampton area please contact me, or if anyone knows anything about him please contact me. I would think Reg is about 77 years old now.

We did our training in 1944 at Maidstone Kent and went over to France in july 1944. We were in the 10th Battalion Durham Light Infantry 49th division.

We were out on patrol and on passing a house a German plane bombed around it sadly wounding yourself, an officer and a corprell. The rest of us managed to get all three of you back to a chateau which was a R.A.P.in Emerville France. {I HOPE SOMEONE WILL REMEMBER IT}
