A pub and nightclub has cancelled its New Year's Eve party after its licence was suspended for three months.
Sonny's Bar and Bentley's nightclub in Towyn, Conwy, had children as young as 13 lying drunk and unconscious on the pavement outside after an under-18s party, according to a council report.
The night was pulled even though the suspension only comes in on 3 January.
Its licence was removed after a report detailing drug use and drunk children needing hospital treatment.
There were claims of children taking cocaine and ketamine, and of alcohol being brought on to the premises at an under-18s night.
The report recorded 16 fights, threats and use of weapons, drunkenness and theft, and allegations staff did not intervene when children were seen lying drunk on the pavement.
EJP Entertainment had been advertising its New Year's Eve party on social media. But a spokesman said the event had been cancelled.
Conwy council confirmed the bar was allowed to operate until 3 January.
