End of Story

A thrilling new chapter in short story writing - with some of the top names in popular fiction - is set to take the genre to a 21st century level on television and interactive media.

A major new project from 大象传媒 THREE, End of Story, presented by Claudia Winkleman, has lined up eight top authors - Ian Rankin, Joanne Harris, Marian Keyes, Ed McBain, Fay Weldon, Alexei Sayle, Sue Townsend and Shaun Hutson - to write the first half of a short story.

Then, members of the public are being given the opportunity to complete the stories and eight winners will have their entries published.

Full details of the project will be announced on the website in mid-April.

Free, limited-edition books, featuring all eight half stories, will be circulated throughout the UK via bookstores, libraries and other public places.

大象传媒 Talent is running writing workshops throughout the country to tie in with the competition. (HM)

The Interrogators

It's a game of psychological survival as The Interrogators puts contestants under pressure in one of the toughest challenges on TV.

Fronted by investigative journalist Paul Kenyon, the series has been developed in conjunction with some of the UK's top police and military interrogators and challenges two contestants to survive a gruelling non-stop eight hour grilling.

Contestants will have earlier hidden 拢10,000 in a public place.

The question is will they crack under the pressure allowing their inquisitors to work out where the cash is, or will they keep the secret - and the cash - to themselves.

Contestants who successfully survive the intensive psychological marathon - amateurs relying on skill and cunning to beat the professionals - will walk away with the money.

But if the interrogators prise the information out of them in this battle of wits, the contestants get nothing. (HM)

Strictly Come Dancing

大象传媒 THREE's Strictly Come Dancing has all the news from behind the scenes of the weekly 大象传媒 ONE show, which teams eight celebrities with leading professional dancers as they bid to prove they've got what it takes to become top at the tango and sensational at the salsa.

Highlights include interviews with competitors and news from the rehearsals as well as exclusive footage of the teams in training.

There will also be sneak previews of the following week's competition, including a look at the costumes and a guide to the dance moves. (SH)

Glastonbury 2004

It is, without doubt, the festival in the musical summer calendar.

Having grown from a tiny, free event into a massive, multi-staged musical extravaganza, Glastonbury 2004 is coming and the 大象传媒 will be there in full force.

Both 大象传媒 THREE and 大象传媒 TWO are on site to broadcast the amazing performances by the bands from all the major stages, as well as traversing the fields to find the stranger artists who descend on Glastonbury.

Glastonbury isn't only about music, it's about the whole festival experience - the people who buy the tickets; the vendors who sell all manner of things; and the more freaky sights and sounds.

Artists appearing are still to be confirmed but, as ever, the rumour mill has already gone into overdrive.

All that's certain at the moment is that the line-up will be incredible. (NC)

My Big Fat Greek Olympic Dream

As a gangly teenager, 大象传媒 Radio 1 DJ Nemone Metaxas had two big dreams - one was to become a Radio 1 DJ and the other was to run the 400 metres at the Olympic Games.

A decade on and she's already a regular on Radio 1 but her other ambition has, until now, been just out of reach.

In My Big Fat Greek Olympic Dream, cameras follow Nemone as she trains in a bid to be fast enough to compete at the highest level. (SH)
