Martin Clunes

Martin is one of Britain's best-loved contemporary actors, known for his wide repertoire of both comic and serious roles.

On the small screen, he became best-known for his role as Gary in Men Behaving Badly (Hartswood/大象传媒), and went on to star in Goodbye Mr Chips (ITV), A Is For Acid (Yorkshire TV), Gormenghast (大象传媒), and most recently William And Mary (Granada), Beauty (ITV) and Doc Martin (ITV).

Martin's film credits include Saving Grace, Shakespeare In Love and The Acid House.

Fay Ripley

Fay trained at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and became a household name with her role as Jenny in the multi award-winning drama series Cold Feet (Granada).

She has since appeared in Green-Eyed Monster (大象传媒), I Saw You (Granada), Stretford Wives (大象传媒) and Dead Gorgeous (ITV).

She has also worked extensively in the theatre.

Clare Thomas

Clare is one of the most exciting up-and-coming names in television.

Aged 15, her television credits include playing Phyllis in The Railway Children (Carlton).

She is no stranger to C大象传媒 viewers following her role in Viking In My Bed.

Clare also has film credits in Madeline and Quicksand to her name.

Charlie Hicks

Although Charlie is only 11 years of age he already has television credits including London's Burning (LWT), Midsomer Murders (Bentley), The Jury (Granada) and Lenny Henry In Pieces (Tiger Aspect).

He attends the Sylvia Young Theatre School in London.

Mak Wilson

Mak provides the voice and movement of Fungus the Bogeyman, and has had a long and varied career in the world of puppetry, performance and animation, having worked for 16 years with The Jim Henson Company.

He has worked extensively in the theatre, television and the movies, including performances in Greystoke, Labyrinth and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

More recently, Mak has worked on feature films Babe, Loch Ness, Farscape and Lost In Space.

Mark Haddon - writer

Award-winning writer Mark Haddon has adapted Fungus the Bogeyman for the small screen.

Born in Northampton in 1962, Haddon spent time working with children and adults with disabilities before publishing his first book, Gilbert's Gobstopper, in 1987.

He has since written and illustrated numerous children's books.

His screen work includes the multi award-winning Microsoap (C大象传媒), The Wild House (C大象传媒), and S.T.A.R STREET (Carlton).

Mark has also been awarded a Special Screenwriter's Award for contribution to children's television by Bafta.

He has also worked as a cartoonist for the New Statesman, The Spectator, Private Eye and The Guardian.

Mark's novel, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, has won a multitude of awards including The Whitbread Prize 2004, Literary Fiction Prize and Children's Book of the Year at The British Book Awards, and The Guardian Children's Fiction Prize.

Stuart Orme - director

Stuart's screen and television credits are numerous, and in a prestigious career he has directed some of the biggest names in the business.

His extensive television credits include The Lost World (大象传媒/A&E), Heaven On Earth (大象传媒), Deceit (大象传媒), The Sculptress (大象传媒), Inspector Morse (ITV), The Sleeper (大象传媒) and Goodbye Mr Chips (ITV).
