Robert Glenister plays Ash Morgan
Robert has an impressive CV with roles in A Touch Of Frost, Between
The Sheets and Murder.
He is soon to be seen in Jane Hall's Big Bad Bus Ride.
Theatre credits include Uncle Vanya, The Tempest, Hamlet, The Cherry
Orchard and An Ideal Husband.
What can we expect from Ash in the new series?
Well he's a bit of an enigma really, you don't know much about him,
but I guess that's the point.
He gets a bit more involved in the planning side with Mickey this time
round and because of his technical expertise he's a vital part of the
team.
He plays all sorts of different characters from Justin Timberlake's
manager to a doctor and a gasman - it's great fun.
What storyline did you have the most fun filming?
Definitely the heist, purely because it was so audacious! You think,
'How the hell are they going to steal the crown jewels?' but then, why
not?
It was like being in Ocean's Eleven. Adrian was George Clooney, Marc
was Brad Pitt and I was Matt Damon - well not quite!
Have you become any more techno savvy since the last series?
I still have no idea when it comes to technical things! I love the
Dead Ringers impersonation of me in their version of Hustle.
It's very funny - they've obviously sussed out that I don't have a
clue!
Did you enjoy working with the talented guest stars this series?
It's good to be a regular on a show that such great artists want to
come and guest star in.
Everyone fits in, that's what I like about working on Hustle.
I think people enjoy doing it because it is a bit of a romp and it
is just so much fun to work on.
