Strictly Dance Fever
Ìý
Strictly Dance Fever throws the dancefloor wide open once again,
offering anyone with raw talent and rhythm the chance to shimmy
their way to winning a dream role in a professional dance
production and £50,000 split between the top couple.
Ìý
Graham Norton hosts the live show each week, in which the
contending couples perform a newly-learned routine and attempt to
sashay their way to the final.
Ìý
To capture all the behind-the-scenes
action, cameras follow the hot-stepping hopefuls from the first
auditions right through to the spectacular dance-off.
Ìý
From tap to tango, Cuban salsa to the charleston, lambada to lindy
hop, the most dazzling duos will be setting the dance floor and the
nation's hearts alight in the hope of winning viewers' votes.

But there are a few teething
problems – not least when it comes to his family.
Ìý
Will Janet ever
get used to the new-look George and love him as she did before?

Home Again
Ìý
For many young people, formative years are spent counting the
days until they can break free from their parental jailers and move
into that Holiest of Grails, "their own place".
Ìý
But what happens
when the dream remains just out of reach due to the mundane
realities of financial insecurity?
Ìý
Like many young couples, newly-weds Ingrid and Mark are
struggling to get their feet on the first rung of the property ladder.
Ìý
Mark's vocation as a horror effects specialist is a rather niche
one and the outlets requiring a man of his skills are really
rather limited.
Ìý
Ingrid's office job certainly does not pay enough to support her,
her new husband and a downpayment on a new home.
Ìý
Nor does it
pay enough for her to indulge in her shoe obsession but, oddly,
that's not too much of an issue.
Ìý
They soon realise that the only way to save enough money for
their own property is to move in with Ingrid's parents, Sheila
and Graham.
Ìý
It's a realisation greeted with equal horror on both sides, and as
the move threatens to shatter the peace and tranquillity of
retirement, it's not just the kids who are dreading the move
home again.
Ìý
Ingrid is played by Samantha Janus, Mark by Bruce MacKinnon,
Sheila by Sinead Cusack and Graham by Peter Egan.

wisecracking wife, Susan, and
Kris Marshall their feckless
son, Nick.
