Willie Thorne dances out of Strictly Come Dancing
|
Snooker maestro Willie Thorne took his 'cue' to leave as he was voted off Strictly Come Dancing on ´óÏó´«Ã½ One – after failing to impress the judges in tonight's dance-off.

Last night the competition really started. For the first time, both the boys and the girls competed to stay in the show. The couples danced either the Tango or the Jive, but unfortunately one of the couples had to leave.
Ìý
It was Willie Thorne and soccer legend John Barnes who found themselves in the bottom two competing in the dance-off.

Of Willie's performance the judges said –
Ìý
Len: "Impeccable footwork. I looked at your feet and there were no balls when there should have been heels. Your posture – it's all those years of popping the green ... it will get better, of course it will. Good job. Well done."
Score: 6

Craig: "Posture. Hunching over Erin like a walrus isn't a Tango, sadly. You need to take more command and drive the dance."
Score: 5
Ìý
Bruno: "Len said it – it looked so uncomfortable because of the posture. It looked like a polar bear in the Sahara. You've got to work on it, you really have to."
Score: 6
Ìý
Arlene: "It was the best choreographed tango we've seen tonight."
Score: 6
Ìý
The judges scored a total of 23 out of 40 for the performance.
Ìý
The competition continues next week when the couples perform either the American Smooth or the Samba.
