(L-R) Kelly Brook and Penny Lancaster Stewart on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross

Penny Lancaster Stewart and Kelly Brook dance on to Friday Night With Jonathan Ross

Strictly Come Dancing stars Penny Lancaster Stewart and Kelly Brook spill the beans about tripping the light fantastic when they join Jonathan Ross in tonight's edition of Friday Night With Jonathan Ross on ´óÏó´«Ã½ One.

Ìý

Kelly reveals she didn't quite get what she asked for: "I requested not [to have] Brendan because he has such a reputation."

Ìý

She admits that her boyfriend Billy Zane is "finding it a little difficult because of all the attention" but "Brendan's got six girls on the go, he hasn't got time for me!"

Ìý

And on what it's like when she makes mistakes, she says: "I knew there was a slap coming at the end of the dance so I just geared myself up."

Ìý

Penny says: "I requested someone tall ... Ian and I gelled immediately, he has lunch with Rod and I, it's like happy families."

Ìý

She says the judges' comments really hit home: "Last week I knew it wasn't going to be my best thing, but it was still terrible ... I feel like I'm at school and being told off, quite a terrifying experience ... I can take all the constructive criticism but when it turns personal it's not very nice."

Ìý

She tells of how she is dreading the end of the series: "You get closer and closer ... there's going to be this big emptiness. I've already started teaching Rod to dance. He's a good mover anyway – have you seen his hips?! ... He rushes up and down every Sunday playing football."

Ìý

She also explains why he turned up with a black eye: "He was doing a show in Germany and walked into a glass door in the dressing room. He never has a drink before a show, he still has nerves."

Ìý

Jonathan also welcomes to the show Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett, about to reprise her regal role in Elizabeth: The Golden Age and culinary alchemist Heston Blumenthal.

Ìý

And there's music from Eighties superheroes Duran Duran who perform their classic hit Girls On Film and their new single Falling Down live in the studio.

Ìý

Friday Night With Jonathan Ross is a Hotsauce TV production for ´óÏó´«Ã½ One.
