As the new home for 大象传媒 Scotland's history content, the site will feature a wealth of video clips from A History Of Scotland as well as choice clips from 大象传媒 Scotland's extensive back catalogue of history programming.

Edited into short, succinct excerpts and linked to relevant articles and web pages, the clips will be of ideal duration and format for use in formal and informal learning situations.
听
With interactive maps, timelines and in-depth articles, the intention is to make Scotland's dramatic past fun, easy and accessible for all to explore.
听
Debate will be a key feature within the site, engaging the public in discussing the highs, lows, heroes and villains of Scottish history.
听
Nick Simons, Head of Learning, says: "We believe this comprehensive, fun and engaging site will prove to be an invaluable resource for teachers and students of history for years to come, as well as those with an interest in getting closer to the truth about our history."
听
As an adjunct to the official website, Lost Penny is an innovative internet-based mystery game providing youngsters and families with a fun and engaging method of learning about their nation's past.
听
A fictional blog where players can interact with the unfolding mystery of teen Donna Dunbar's search for her long lost twin Penny, the game will run live throughout November and early December.
听
As Donna struggles with questions about her own identity and the past, the game invites players to befriend her and role-play their own ideas right into the heart of her story.
