Chris Moyles joins Jonathan Ross on his ´óÏó´«Ã½ One show Friday Night With Jonathan Ross and reveals he had no qualms about climbing Kilimanjaro.
"I've lost two stone this year, I lost a stone in a week... I wouldn't recommend it!"
He also says he's staying at ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio 1: "Everything's great, I love it, I really want to stay there... I'm really happy."
EastEnders stars Barbara Windsor and Larry lamb also join Jonathan.
Barbara explains how she once ran away from Sir Alan Sugar: "Before he was famous I had dinner at his house and had to leave because it was like looking at Sid James."
And she also admits she has trouble measuring up to her co-star Larry Lamb: "I was so scared because he's so tall... I've got the highest heels and my little box for a lot of the scenes!"
Larry reveals he turned to his childhood to create the evil character of Archie: "I grew up with a lot of that around me, there's a lot to draw on."
And there's an exclusive preview of next week's EastEnders wedding.
Rhys Ifans is also in the sofa and talks to Jonathan about getting seasick on location for his new movie, The Boat That Rocks: "On the boat they gave us pills (for seasickness)... and at Shepperton we had to take them as well!"
He also discusses channelling his energy into his new film role: "I focus my wildness into my work."
And there's music from Pete Doherty.
A Hotsauce TV production for ´óÏó´«Ã½ One.
