Surrey Day
Taking place on Saturday 4 May 2019, Surrey Day will be a celebration of what makes the county of Surrey a great place to live and work in.
In partnership with and we are dedicating 24 hours to all things Surrey, from its landmarks and lookout points to Foods and feasts.
And starting with the 7 wonders of Surrey, we need your help. What or where do you think should be included on the list?
Would you include a manmade feature such as the engineering of the Hindhead Tunnel or human history on display at the Magna Carter Memorial? Or would it be mother nature at its finest at Newlands Corner or the lush green meadows of the Harewoods Estate?
Let’s not forget - Our wonderful county of Surrey houses many local artisan food producers. With wine, artisan gin, trout and curry all made here, Surrey Day will be a veritable feast as well.
So mark it in your diary, Saturday 4th May, no longer merely Star Wars Day, we are bringing it home and claiming the day for Surrey.
