Northamptonshire Week
Monday, 28 September to Sunday, 4 October
Northamptonshire Day is 大象传媒 Radio Northampton's annual event, held to celebrate all that's great about our county.
You can get involved from the comfort of your own home
It's a one day free event to showcase everything "Northamptonshire". Thousands of people come along each year, with around 70 local traders, family activities, as well as a programme of music, talks and theatre.
At the start of the year we’d agreed to host our event at Wickstead Park and plans were being made for our fifth event. Those plans have unfortunately been put on hold for 2020, but we're delighted to say that we're aiming to host the event there in 2021 - in what will be the centenary year for the park.
Although our plans have changed for 2020, we still wanted to bring you a "taste of Northamptonshire" and that's why we're running a Virtual Northamptonshire Week.
What's on?
You can get involved in a range of ways - all from the comfort of your own home.
We'll be joined by the best of the county's musicians and traders on air and online. You'll also have special access to presenters and local acts, as well as talks and performances - on air and online
Northamptonshire Festival
On Saturday, 3 October we will bring you the best of the music handpicked by 大象传媒 Radio Northampton presenters in a two hour special broadcast.
Listen live right here and get involved on social media using #northamptonshireweek.
