First up are newly-engaged who are attempting to make sense of their finances in the hope of buying their marital home. With Richard on hand to help, the youngsters should be able to make some cut-throat savings decisions. But with a wedding to plan and an unexpected poorly puppy, will they stick to it?
Another couple who are sick of renting are , but unfortunately a long spell out of work for Craig and extra study fees for Sarah has left money tight for the duo. So as they begin to claw back their overdraft is a house deposit totally out of their grasp?
Lucky 24 year old has inherited a large chunk of money, and with help from the bank of mum and dad, she appears to be in good shape to buy a property and rent a room to her best friend, Lauren. However, buying a place to meet all your needs isn’t easy, especially when you have to please others along the way.
And finally, self-confessed computer geek is shrewd with saving, and has decided it’s time to get himself a bachelor pad in the heart of Leeds. He doesn’t want to pay over the odds for anything, especially his first home, but trying to find his dream flat for the right price, may take some time.
So will they all get on that magical property ladder? Only time will tell...
