Turtles Can Fly

Drama set in Kurdistan on the eve of the invasion of Iraq. A 13-year-old boy installs an antenna for villagers keen to hear of Saddam's fall. He falls for a refugee girl but is disturbed by her brother, who was maimed by a landmine and can now allegedly predict the future.
