Nick Nairn and Jeremy Lee are preparing starters, competing to represent Scotland in the national finals. Jeremy goes for crab cakes and Nick cooks up traditional cullen skink.
14 of the nation鈥檚 top chefs are battling it out in the ultimate cookery contest the prize is the chance to cook at a fantastic four course banquet hosted by the British Ambassador to France. The banquet will be held at the magnificent Embassy in Paris, which has a proud reputation for championing the best of British.
In the fourth of the regional heats Nick Nairn and Jeremy Lee are battling it out to represent Scotland in the national finals. In this edition they prepare the starters, which they will serve to the Great British Menu judges in their regional final: Prue Leith, Matthew Fort and Oliver Peyton.
