Four GPs venture out of their surgeries and on to the streets of Britain. In Belfast they meet Bertie, who hasn't seen a doctor for 15 years, and Marie, whose eyes are swollen.

The Street Doctors are back to tackle the problems of another unhealthy city. This week they're testing and treating the people of Belfast where rates of heart disease, obesity and cancer are all on the up.

Dropping into the outdoor surgery is 60 year old cattle farmer Bertie who hasn't seen a doctor for 15 years, Marie Grattan whose eyes are severley swollen after an allergic reaction and Maureen Rae who gets an emergency health warning from Dr Barbara.
