Four GPs venture out of their surgeries and on to the streets of Britain. Dr Jonty, Dr George, Dr Ayan and Dr Barbara are in Glasgow, where the adults have the highest heart attack rate in the world and men have the lowest life expectancy in the UK.

Amongst the consultations are market worker Ryan Hamilton who has a severe case of dermatitis on his hands and face, Big Issue seller Robert Robertson who has a leg ulcer, and Suzanne McAvoy who has been suffering an ear infection for 13 years.
