Sara Mohr-Pietsch presents the first of three concerts given by the London Symphony Orchestra under the baton of chief conductor Valery Gergiev, playing works by three of the most innovative composers of the 20th century - Stravinsky, Prokofiev and Debussy. Recorded at the Barbican in London they perform Stravinsky's revolutionary ballet score The Rite of Spring, Debussy's Prelude a l'apres-midi d'un faune and La Mer, and Prokofiev's Seven They Are Seven with soloist tenor August Amonov.
