The story of Dr Gene Morrison BSC, who for over twenty years passed himself off as a top forensic scientist and detective and yet had no qualifications. Jailed last February for deception, perjury and perverting the course of justice, Morrison claimed he was a Fifth Emergency Service. Including interviews with his victims, the film raises serious questions about British justice, and suggests the Morrison scandal could happen again.
