Is your local park a 'no-go zone'?

Graham Stewart takes your calls on the recent spate of attacks in parks. Plus: Should we detain terror suspects without charge for 42 days?

We've had one of the warmest May's on record and many of us have been heading to the parks, but are they safe? With the shocking murder of Moira Jones whose body was found in Queen's Park in Glasgow, and the experience of Labour MP Anne Moffat who was attacked by a bunch of yobs as she was jogging, is it time we reclaimed our public spaces? Do you feel scared walking alone in public at certain times of the day? Have you been attacked, or do you know of someone close to you who has?

Is it justified to detain terror suspects without charge for 42 days?

The government has narrowly won a crucial Commons vote which will allow the police to hold terrorism suspects for up to 42 days without charge. Polls have suggested that the majority of the public are in favour of the change. Does the threat of terrorism justify detaining people for this long? Or are our civil liberties more important?

Graham Stewart takes your calls, texts and emails.
