Are civil liberties being eroded?
Graham Stewart asks if David Davis is right about the erosion of "British liberties"? Plus, we hear about fears over a new weight loss patch targeted at young women.
Shadow Home Secretary David Davis has resigned from Parliament, saying he's taking a stand against the erosion of freedom in Britain. He's unhappy about the government's plans to extend the maximum detention period for terror suspects to 42 days, and is worried about other issues such as ID cards, an ever expanding DNA database and the proliferation of CCTV cameras. Is he right?
Plus, we hear about fears over a new weight loss patch targeted at young women. The Pink Patch adverts can be found on internet sites including Hotmail and the social networking page, Facebook.
