Top chef Ching-He Huang is on a mission to bring fresh, easy and healthy Chinese food to the UK. She demonstrates recipes inspired by her love of Chinese fast food and cooks a range of fast and healthy recipes inspired by the dishes served on every street corner in China and Taiwan

Ching cooks egg fu young, inspired by a street dish served in her native Taiwan, and her own version of the most popular of all Chinese street foods, crispy fragrant duck with crunchy salad. One of the country's leading organic tofu makers, in Leicestershire, reveals the delicate art of producing the perfect tofu. Armed with the fresh product, Ching demonstrates how to prepare a quick and easy dish of spicy tofu with edamame beans.

Ching also rustles up a sweet and sour king prawn dish for a group of hungry builders before meeting her friend, Wendy Jenkins, a racehorse trainer and owner, at Chepstow racecourse. Here, they cook two fresh Chinese-inspired street dishes: sweet and sour pork buns with caramelised onions and spicy beef stir-fry wraps with wasabi mayonnaise for the race-day bookies, commentators and punters.
