Episode 13

All of Wales' best consumer stories, including the tale of a man whose insurer refused to pay out because he had too many insurance policies. And Jessie looks at pyramid schemes.

Having insurance is always a good idea, or so we are always led to think! But when David Taylor from Sully near Cardiff found he could not work because of illness, he was horrified to discover that his insurers refused to pay him an income because he had too many insurance policies!

Jessie Swinburn investigates further into the growth of pyramid schemes in South East Wales, and talks to someone who has lost money as a result of the illegal schemes. Rhodri Owen helps William Davies from Neath discover why he had to pay for his wooden floors twice over. And Lucy Owen finds out what 'swishing' is!
