The Cartwrights in Altrincham and the Perrys in Cheltenham are tackling the property market alone and without a safety net. It's a tough sell at the moment so it's not going to be easy to axe the agent. Taking this into account, Ruth and Paul Cartwright enlist the help of the marketing professionals by gaining free advice at a local Business Exhibition, while the Perry family market their home to commuters at a nearby train station.
