Kristian meets property enthusiast Martin Stone who wants to swap his purpose built flat in Isleworth, west of London, for a flat he his partner can use for weekend getaways, and also rent out. Natalie Rowlands wants to swap her luxury riverside apartment in Maidstone, Kent, for a property within striking distance of London. After they have swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it is up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After hours of tricky negotiations, will the couples decide to swap homes for good?
