House-swapping is the latest trend to hit the property world. With around ten thousand properties registered with swap websites, it's a brilliant way to avoid the dreaded property chain and make that move onwards.

Presenter Kristian Digby meets people who want to swap their home permanently, then shows them three properties to find their perfect match.

Kristian meets Richard McFarlane who wants to swap his three bedroom house in Epsom, Surrey, for a house in London, so he can be closer to family and friends. The Gillan family want to move out of East London to a more rural property. After road testing each other's properties and lifestyles, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal before we find out if they've decided to swap homes for good.
