Kristian meets Ronnie and Kathryn Nevell, who want to swap their brand new eco-home in Canterbury, Kent, for a holiday home that they can rent out. The Woods family want to swap their old saw mill in Skipton, Yorkshire, for a home in the south of England, in order to be nearer to their family. After road testing each other's properties and lifestyles, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal before we find out if they've decided to swap homes for good.
