The Scottish finance secretary has told 大象传媒 Scotland he is "very confident" of freezing council tax for another year, despite concerns over spending cuts.
But, with a fellow minister claiming there will be cuts across the whole public sector, would you be prepared to pay more in local tax to protect jobs and services? Or is it long before time the public sector made the kind of efficiency savings the private sector has had to endure?
