To celebrate St David's Day, Lucy's at an infant school in Neath, finding out what we know about our national day... Why do we wear daffodils and leeks? Does this tradition stem from centuries ago, or is it a modern invention?
Rachel Treadaway-Williams investigates the Day of the Jackal-style fraud in which three people took on the identities of children who'd died in order to steal tens of thousands of pounds. We reveal the Welsh police investigation which brought criminals to justice, and the Welsh family whose children's identities were stolen and used in this way.
On Portland Street, we tackle a problem that's affecting the well-being of a number of the residents - trouble sleeping. Rhodri meets Paul Gallagher who works as a service engineer in a hospital - with a lot of detailed and complicated work to do it's essential that he's alert. But he can't remember the last time he had a good night's sleep. Paul's sleep patterns are analysed and there's good advice for all the residents from doctors at the Bristol Sleep Clinic.
Plus, who's Wales's greatest Welshman or -woman? We ask X-Ray's viewers to nominate their national heroes.
