Winding up your week with the final Best Time of the Day Show for a month as Alex jets off to the USA. More great music and inspired daftness, plus Pause for Thought at 3.20.

It is the final instalment of the Best Time of the Day Show with The Dark Lord for a few weeks as he sets off on his American Adventure 3. Saving the best for last, News Hank today is...Alex. Sending him off, not so much in style, but in shame. Plus, there is more talk of naked sports and Alex's recurring thought of being eaten by bears.
