Two teams of young scientists explore friction and perception. Richard Hammond is set for a sizzling time as he puts the teams through their paces, making them answer a series of science-based questions and carry out more crazy experiments.
In Mini Science, the teams conquer friction with one of the slippiest manmade substances on the planet and compete with giant frying pans in a spot of curling. Meanwhile, the Lab Rats reveal through the use of a special camera the amazing world of slow motion. We pop balloons, suck lemons and throw custard pies. And all in the name of science!
