Andrew Neil and Anita Anand present coverage of Prime Minister's Questions. With guests Transport Secretary Phillip Hammond, Shadow Olympics Minister Tessa Jowell and Bill Oddie.

With us for the whole show to review PMQs and the other stories of the day are the Transport Secretary Phillip Hammond and Shadow Olympics Minister Tessa Jowell.

Should we be panicking at the pumps? The price of petrol is at a record high and there's pressure on the government to do something about it. Road hauliers say fuel protests, not seen for a decade, could be on the way.

The International Energy Authority says the rising price of oil could threaten the global recovery. We'll be asking the Transport Secretary what should be done.

And it's the final day of campaigning in Oldham ahead of tomorrow's by-election.

We will also be asking if the government is "playing politics with national security"? Labour thinks so. We'll be taking a look at plans to replace control orders.

And Bill Oddie will be here, to tell us why he's not wild about intensive farming.
