Prefab Sprout, The Cranes and UK Subs

Featurign Prefab Sprout in concert at Reading University in 1985, plus archive sessions from The Cranes in 1994 and UK Subs in 1978.

Live Prefab Sprout (in concert at Reading University in 1985)
This concert was around the time of the release of their second album 'Steve McQueen' which was produced by Thomas Dolby.
This concert was in the band's early days, since their first big hit was a few years later with 'The King of Rock n Roll'
They have continued to make music throughout the next 2 decades with their latest album from 2009 - 'Let's Change The World With Music.'

SESSIONS:

Cranes (in session for Mark Radcliffe on 7th September 1994)
By 1994, The Cranes had released their 5th album.
They had changed their style and moved towards a softer more poppy sound. Away from the gothic minimalistic style they were associated with.

UK Subs (in session for John Peel on 23rd May 1979)
Formed in 1976.
Around this time, they played a few opening gigs for The Police and recorded their first album 'Another Kind Of Blues'
The names of all their albums, in order of release start with each letter of the alphabet.
