2/4 Lucilla Paull discusses the post pregnancy condition Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD) with Ruth Wishart and describes how her life has been transformed following the birth of her second son

She explains that SPD is a fairly common condition amongst pregnant woman which affects the alignment of the pelvic joints however, most woman go onto make a full recovery but for Lucilla she is unfortunately one of a minority of women who have been left disabled by this condition.
