At 1- Would you tell someone close to you if their partner was having an affair?

It seems that you can't get away from the implications of celebrity infidelities this week. The injunction systems has taken a knock after a member of the House of Lords exposed the fact that former RBS banker, Sir Fred the Shred Goodwin, was having his affair with one of his colleagues as the bank's collapse was bringing the United Kingdom to its knees. We've also heard about the troubles for Arnold Schwarzenegger whos marriage has collapsed after he told his wife of a love child he had with his housekeeper.

But what would you do if one of your friends was being cheated on and you knew about it? Would you tell them what was happening or would you keep out of it? What happens when it comes out and they found out that you knew? Have you been cheated on when your friends knew about it? Did they tell you or not? What was your reaction?

Is ignorance sometimes bliss? Or, are you a coward if you don't tell a friend that their partner is misbehaving?
