Mickey Clark and Dominic Laurie look at pay rises, protecting credit card consumers and predictions that British exports will drive economic recovery.
New figures from the pay experts Incomes Data Services show that private sector workers now tend to get better pay rises than public sector workers. The opposite used to be true. Ken Mulkearn, editor of the IDS report, joins the programme.
The financial website Moneynet says that EU laws designed to protect credit card consumers could be having the opposite effect. Andrew Hagger, spokesman for moneynet.co.uk, joins the programme.
A resurgence in the manufacturing and export of British-made goods by a new generation of industries will drive economic recovery over the next decade. That's according to a report compiled for HSBC. The programme speaks to Antonia Ward, editor of the Future Poll report.
