Consumer magazine. Rachel Treadaway-Williams confronts the builder who did a sub-standard extension and explores home tattoo kits. Lucy Owen hears about a holiday gone wrong.
When Beverley and Simon Powell from Ebbw Vale started looking for a builder to help them extend their home, they were happy to offer the work to their old friend Darren Watkins. But after handing over almost 50,000 pounds, much of the building work needs to be redone, and the Powell's are living in a building site. Rachel Treadaway-Williams asks Mr Watkins what he's done with the money, and why he didn't do a proper job.
These days tattoos are seen to be the ultimate fashion accessory. But there's growing concern over the number of people using home tattoo kits easily bought over the internet. Rachel meets a number of teenagers who have paid for tattoos carried out by their friends, and hears about the dangers they pose.
Lucy hears about a surprise holiday that went wrong, and Rhodri meets the ladies of Maerdy fat club - who are saving money by running their own slimming club.
