We speak to Dr Michael Arghyrou, senior lecturer in economics at Cardiff Business School and Raoul Ruparel, economic analyst at Open Europe.
Public sector workers are expected to unleash a torrent of anger today against the Government's spending cuts, amid the growing prospect of a wave of strikes in the coming months. The annual conference of Unison will debate the coalition's austerity measures. Karen Jennings, assistant general secretary of Unison joins us.
