Food of the Deep South: Haitian-born, Scotland-based Peggy Brunache will be cooking food from the deep south of America to complement the music at this year's Southern Fried Festival at Perth Royal Concert Hall. Creole? Cajun? BBQ? Soul food? Find out what is on offer and just how easy it is to make at home.
