At 1- Do you get annoyed by Indian call centres?
Its been announced that three more British companies have decided to close their Indian call centres and bring the operations back to the UK.
Santander, New Call Telecom and Aviva have ended their Indian experiment citing "accent difficulties" as being the main reason for relocating their call centres to Britain.
But what do you think about this? Are you glad? When you've called Indian call centres and spoke to "Arthur" or "Doris" did you feel you were getting a good service?
Wasn't it just like calling your cousins or relatives back home? Or did you hate it?
