There's anger in the City of London about plans to tax financial transactions, a woman tells us about the plight of her relatives in Sirte in Libya, and a terror arrest in the USA.

Britain says it won't support the idea of taxing financial transactions as it would hit London hard - because that's where so many deals take place every day. We speak to Jan Randolph from IHN Global Insight

A woman with relatives in Sirte in Libya tells us about how life is in the city - Colonel Gadaffi's last stronghold in the country. Hana Saleh says there's still lots of repression by pro-Gaddafi forces who roam the streets all the time.

Rezwan Ferdaus, a US citizen, has been arrested in the States. He's accused of plotting to fly model planes full of explosives into the Pentagon and the Capitol. We get the latest from Milton Valencia from the Boston Globe.

The second day of the Conrad Murray trial has wrapped up in Los Angeles - and Beth Karras was watching every moment for Up All Night. She tells us about how Michael Jackson's health in the days before he died has become the early focus of the trial.

There's been a major food scare in the States - 13 people have died after eating poisonous melons in America. Erik Olson from the Pew Health group tells us why it's happening and what could be done to stop it.

Almost 3000 illegal immigrants have been arrested in the USA. Gary Meade from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement department at the US Department for Homeland Security told us why they were arrested and about the timing of the operation.

China is about to start building a space station. The Tiangong-1 module will be unmanned for now, but China's astronauts are expected to visit the station next year. We hear from Gregory Kulacki from the Union of Concerned Scientists who knows all about the project.
