Michael Jackson's bodyguard appears at Conrad Murray's trial, America announces sanctions against five people in Pakistan and black and white films that are still worth watching.

Ever heard of diplomatic sanctions being imposed on individual people? We hadn't, but it's just what America is doing to five people based in Pakistan. The US says the people are part of what they call "dangerous terrorist groups". We speak to Michael Krepon from the Stimson Centre think tank to see if he thinks the sanctions will work.

Michael Jackson's doctor told the performer's bodyguard to pick up vials of medicine before phoning for help on the day he died, his trial has heard. Conrad Murray denies involuntary manslaughter - we get all the latest from Peter Bowes, our LA correspondent. And find out about the app which has become big news thanks to the trial.
