Scottish potatoes can be found almost all over the world and producers have just had a record year of seed potato export yet many of us don't think much about the different varieties when we're cooking. Chef and food writer Christopher Trotter and potato specialist Alan Romans are on a mission to broaden our horizons and get us excited about potatoes! With great ideas to make you think differently about where your potatoes come from and what individual varieties are best for different dishes, mince and tatties will never be the same again!
