Its the time of the year that Hindus celebrate Navratri. Its a celebration of good luck and good fortune which was originally linked to the harvest.
Hindus up and down the country are attending the many Garbas taking place. But if you go to such an event and then go home and have a lamb Bhuna washed down with your favourite Indian lager, are you a hypocrite? Can you call yourself a Hindu if your eat meat and drink alcohol during this religious period? Or do you think that it's perfectly ok to observe the festival and continue with your day to day life unchanged?
After 2 - Is there anything that has happened over the weekend that has got under your skin? Has an argument with a family member wound you up? Or maybe you've had a run-in with a friend? Whether it's your husband criticising your cooking or your next door neighbour parking in your spot, now is the chance to get it off your chest. 'Letting off Steam' is a new feature which gives you the opportunity to air your grievances. Nihal's guests will be the journalists Shiv Malik and Nabila Ramdani and comedian Sajeela Kershi.
