JM: 'This might not of even been a story in Italy but we're a little more prudish here. She [his accuser] has some level of stature and has something to lose - she certainly seems credible.'

Live discussion between Occupy LA protester Patrick Moore and Commander Andrew Smith of the LAPD as the deadline for eviction from City Hall Park passes.

Commander Smith tells Up All Night: 'We'll leave them to it for a short time maybe but that little green patch of park can't sustain this many people. We want them to come up with a different way of protesting. When and how the eviction takes is unknown. It's complicated - we respect the rights of people who want to protest but we have the balance that with the health and sanitation.'
